Yuan is a landscape photographer based in Switzerland. When he bought his first DSLR many years ago, his main interest was macro and portrait photography. As it evolved, he now prefers to look at the bigger picture - the most amazing and dramatic landscapes of the world and nothing else interests him as much. Another passion Yuan enjoys the most is to stroll around the globe. He has travelled to over 100 countries. But the difference is, he used to take photos when travelling, now he finds himself more often travelling to take photos. His photography trips are taking him to the most striking landscapes on this planet. He believes that taste, persistence and uniqueness are what define a photographer whereas gears are far less important. The anticipation of discovering new possibilities is his greatest joy.
